The Schleich Koala figure shows the figure sitting down with straightened front arms. Koalas are found in Australia and eat gum leaves. The koala is a marsupial native only to Australia. The koala survives on a sole diet of Eucalyptus leaves and may sleep for up to 20 hours a day. Once hunted for their fur, causing a decline in population, the koala is now a recognised protected species.
